This is a digital design service. There is no physical shipping. First-draft timing is confirmed in writing; the usual target is five business days after the deposit and complete assets arrive. Missing content or delayed feedback moves the timeline.

Two revision rounds are included. Each round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. Additional pages, features or rounds require a separate quote and your approval.

Final files are delivered by email or a download link after written approval and full payment. Domain and hosting ownership remain with you. Hosting fees and ongoing maintenance are not included. Publication requires your permission and appropriate access.

If you cancel before the first draft is delivered, your deposit is refundable in full. Once the first draft is delivered, the $249.50 deposit pays for that design work and is not refundable solely because you decide not to continue. The remaining $249.50 is due only when you approve the finished page.

If I cannot deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered work. If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, contact me to arrange a correction or an appropriate refund. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. There are no subscriptions or automatic recurring charges in this package.

Website Studio is operated by Mohammad AlGhafir in San Dimas, California. The package price is $499 USD, excluding any applicable tax and separately agreed services. Your quote identifies any additional costs before payment. A project begins only after you accept the written scope and payment arrangement.

You provide accurate business information and content you have the right to use, including logos, photos and testimonials. Do not send passwords or payment card information by email. We agree on an appropriate way to grant any access needed.

After full payment, you receive the completed project files and may use and modify the custom website for your business. Any third-party assets, fonts or software remain subject to their own licenses, which will be identified when applicable.

This package does not promise search rankings, traffic, sales or a particular business result. It does not include ongoing site administration or legal certification of your business content. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.

Effective September 9, 2026. Website Studio, operated by Mohammad AlGhafir, uses personal information to answer inquiries and deliver website design services.

Information you provide: If you contact me, I receive your email address and the project details or attachments you choose to send. If we work together, I keep the information needed to communicate, deliver the project and maintain transaction records. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the project.

Website information: This page does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts or an on-page submission form. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, security logs and essential cookies to serve and protect the site.

Use and sharing: Information is used for inquiries, proposals, project delivery, support and record keeping. Hosting, email, design tools and, when used, payment providers may process the information needed for their services. AI tools may assist with project design and writing. I do not sell your personal information or publish your private project details as a portfolio without permission.

Retention and requests: Information is kept as needed for the project, support, business records and applicable obligations. Email me to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to stop marketing contact. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Service providers may process data in the United States or other countries.
